At Rejivo, we aim for 100% satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a fair and efficient return policy.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for personalized or hygienic products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Before sending your item back, contact us for an RA number. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

After inspection, if your return is approved, we will refund the original payment method. Restocking fees or shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased on sale are returnable based on the price paid. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any associated fees.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
